Added Responsive Menu Bar #1 #19

ISSUE : Navbar/Menu bar is not responsive

What I Have Done :

Added a responsive menu bar design in "ResizedNav.JSX" on "./component/header"

Then connected this jsx in "Header.JSX" when it activates Menu Button Click

);

Rest of code structure is kept same nothing changed if menu bar is not clicked
