Readme and Script folder update #181

Fixes #178 -Added a scripts folder -Renamed script folders in the required format -Updated links from scripts table -Removed script links that don't work in Readme -Alphabetized scripts in the table -Updated guidelines on the new naming convention -Corrected minor spelling mistakes
