Login and post password reset email #10

Send users an email to inform them of a new login with the IP and geolocation. Also send an email to the user mentioning that their password was changed if the password was successfully changed.

This feature is currently being worked on, implemented locally and tested.

Emails are now being sent to all users when a new login is made to their user account. The post password reset email enhancement has been implemented and is currently being tested.

All users will now receive an email confirming that their password has been updated.
