[REQUEST] TOTP based two-factor authentication #23

Feature request: Add TOTP based OTP authentication allowing the user to use apps like Google authenticator, Authy or Keychain for added security to accounts.

Implementation is taking longer than expected. Local testing is currently being carried out. Feature will be rolled out soon to all users.
