Profile picture update without Gravatar #24

Allow users to update profile pictures without the use of gravatar.

Profile pictures can now be uploaded directly to Lynkr. If you do not have a profile picture on Lynkr, it will automatically retrieve one from Gravatar. You may also directly change your picture on Gravatar for the change to take place on Lynkr only if you have not previously changed your profile picture directly on Lynkr.
