There should be a Group Profile page which you get to by clicking on the Group from the Group Management Page (or from the group name in the User Group Membership Management page). This should display all the users in the group and all the administrator to add/remove members. This might also be the best place to put the Group-specific Role Management options, since the current Role Management page is unweildy (too many rows that all look similar).
