The unit of proj_angles.bin.
Units of proj_times.bin
Same for recon_times.bin
Would be nice to provide a input option for the initial image using say FBP or the likes.
Is there a flag to switch cost func computation off?
The order needs to be clarified for the bins. Columns, Rows, Angles.
Default the code to NOT compute cost.
What happens when the object is rotated ? Should the angle be specified modulo (180 ? 360 ?)

I have mentioned it to be in floating point format. I can make it explicit if it might help.

In the latest commit,

Explained compiler macros that can be used to switch off cost computation and to reduce debug messages in the top-level README.
Clarified the ordering of data in binary files.
Defaulted the code to not compute cost.
The angles can go from 0 to infinity. Clarified this in the READMEs.
