Private Key Issue And Imported taddr From ZecPaperWallet Not Showing Correct Balance
Issue
I could not get the private keys (belonging to t address) that was generated from ZecPaperWallet to Zecwallet Lite to show the correct balance even though the address was correct. Nothing was wrong, the blockchain explorer shows the correct balance
Another issue was that importing private keys for t address only works for Android but will not show the correct balance, Windows on the other hand, gave me an invalid key error
How To Recreate
You need to have ZecPaperWallet, Zecwallet Lite, an Android phone and Windows OS
Generate a taddr by specifying the switch -t 1 in zecpaperwallet if you are using the CLI
Use the private key (does not matter if the output is in .json or .pdf) and try importing it to Zecwallet Lite
Error on an invalid key should show on the Windows Zecwallet Lite
The same error will not be shown on Android's Zecwallet Lite and instead will continue to sync as normal. Head over to the "Receiving" section and search for the address. It should be there. However, once the wallet has been fully synced for the private key, you will not be able to see the balance that is in the corresponding address
