Refinery gets damaged when harvester is attacked and close to it. #45

When attacking a harvester that is close to a refinery the refinery gets damaged, too. I'm not quite sure how it was handled in original C&C when the truck is unloading, but the building should not receive any damage when the attacked truck is just next to it.
