Selling power plant having enouth energy unables to create buildings #50

So I tried to sell the normal power plant having the advanced power plant up (more than enough energy up), and with it the ability to create buildings besides silo and power plant was gone.

This should not happen.

Have to allow for alternatives in build tree... Will patch that... Good catch
