"Cancel Building" refunds money, but won't stop building #59

Step 1: Start a building Step 2: Click on building, so you could place it -- white cursor, indicating size of building Step 3: Click again on building to cancel it, regain the whole money -- cursor still white Step 4: Place the building Step 5: Profit.
