allow to optionally render html in the post summaries #1425

Hi! I'm using PaperMod with posts involving code or links or some markdown quite often.

Currently, summaries in the post list are not rendered, which doesn't look good in my case.

Would be great to allow rendering, optionally.

I tried to implement this: https://github.com/adityatelange/hugo-PaperMod/pull/1401

The PR itself is a bit long, but for the UX reason :) We can discuss how to better integrate these changes into the papermod ecosystem.

This make the card more confusing for the user. It is better the way it is now.
