[Bug]: 1990s era - Githubissues

What happened?

Hey guys I have my blog on Cloudflare pages and sometimes it looks as if it's from the 90s w/ no css and js! The other night, did a hard reload (Ctrl + F5) and now it looks like this: Doesn't seem normal Is there any related bug or solution? I don't even know what to google! Link to the blog

Steps to reproduce

Just do the Control F5 and you should see it! I use this theme here as well
