Description

This PR address #39

Added a profile screen
Made the widget re-usable and it can be used in both the cases ie. for mentor and for personal profile
Shifted the logout functionality to the profile page - with a confirm logout dialog
Added checks for - isMentor, name/email/image uploaded or not
Used the font-awesome library for social icons
