Dead link (contributing.md) in PR template [BUG] #55

Describe the bug The current link to contributing.md leads to a 404

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a PR
  2. Click on Contributing.md link

Expected behavior It should open the correct file
