Sure. You have the code, you can host it anywhere :)

can install it by phone ? im try on termux but dont know how to did it honestly.

Heroku is probably not the best place to host this bot, although I'm not entirely sure. The easiest way would be to rent a VPS and host there or even simply on your pc.
