Remove `get_detector_response_relative_binning` #18

I think it makes sense to just get rid of get_detector_response_relative_binning and just add a if statement in get_detector_response to take care of the Relative Binning Case.

This probably isn't very straightforward, since no information about the likelihood class and object in passed into interferometer. Probably best to keep get_detector_response_relative_binning as it is.
