Made SNR calculation work and added sky_frame check #21

This adds the sky frame check to the calculated waveforms. Also made the SNR calculation work, which was broken due to #7.

This should not impact the previous runs, but testing is required.

I have now also added necessary edits to make SNR calculation work; should solve #7. Still not tested.
