New Feature

DCAT-US v1.1 writer - required fields only

Required Fields being mapped:

Title (dcat:title)
Description (dcat:description)
Tags (dcat:keyword)
Last Update (dcat:modified)
Publisher (dcat:publisher:name)
Contact Name (dcat:contactPoint:name)
Contact Email (dcat:contactPoint:email)
Unique Identifier (dcat:identifier)
Public Access Level (dcat:accessLevel)

Required but not mapped:

~~Publisher Parent Organization~~ (not required)
Bureau code
Program code

Additional fields being mapped:

Distribution
Spatial
Temporal
License
