Validate changes #313

This probably won't be merged, just need to verify all the changes have made it into the develop/master branches.

DO NOT MERGE!

This PR does not need to be merged into the code, the relevant changes have already been merged into develop/master. There are 3 files with changes to contactId that should be saved in case they were related to a bugfix. There are 4 other files with duplicate partyIdentifiers removed - these changes will be part of a larger effort to clean up those duplicated identifiers.
