Fix how navigation item gets inserted #21

Replace some old code in logviewer.php at line 55 with the New and Better way as described here: https://github.com/adixon/ca.civicrm.logviewer/blob/7e88185a8257a4b556f1ee76422c346c2b108b88/logviewer.civix.php#L127
