Localized CiviCRM saves date in lowercases #4

In CiviCRM installations, like Spanish, when the log entry is saved, the month is lowercase. The regular expression that parses the date expects Uppercase month

Ah thanks for this. I wasn't sure whether the log file date output was being localised.
