New action: navigate-to dashboard/page/view #98

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm trying/thinking to use the 3D Model as the default landing page of my home-setup. From there, the user can click on a specific room and navigate to the detailed home assistant view/panel to see further details and entities.

Describe the solution you'd like Add support for all actions, in addition to more-info, default, etc... also the 'navigate-to' or 'go-to' as described in other tap-action options in hass: https://www.home-assistant.io/dashboards/actions/#tap-action Ideally this should be available for all entity types, but for starters I'm thinking on being able to click on a room type, for example in the 'floating text pop up' that appears on top of a room, but could be useful also to click on an 3D object and navigate based on that.

I get the value of this change you are asking, but It is a major requirements: I try to set it into the back-log for the starting project 2.0.
