Course name disappears in Add/Edit Configuration #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Add Configuration for an instructional offering - the course name 
appears in the Add Configuration screen
2. Select Instructional Type, click Add - the course name is not there any more

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the course name consistently when working with the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.4 - both on demo and at FSpS.

Please provide any additional information below.
