Propagation model affected by terrain #214

Hello, does anyone have any suggestions on where I could go about finding models that are affected by terrain?

For something like the "Uniform Theory of Diffraction (UTD) propagation model by Holm" would I have to reach out to the "U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory"?

Decided to calculate path loss in precomputed since free space requires an unobstructed line of sight.
