Updating notebooks for 2024 SCOPED Workshop with latest versions of SPECFEM2D/3D_Cartesian, SeisFlows, PySEP and Pyatoa
Updating mainly for syntax and API changes in underlying Python packages
Also added some new SeisFlows related exercises
