Documentation

Fixed typos, math and grammar errors in documentation
- Added a Usage subsection on time windows and double difference measurements
- Updated individual misfit functions' code snippets to match new call structure defined below
- New page for adding new adjoint sources

Simplify Code

New internal logic for choosing adjoint source function
Removed 'choice' parameter from 'calculate_adjoint_source' function
Config now control adjoint source type and the logic tree that follows for deciding how to treat adjoint source calculation.
Removed 'discover_adjoint_sources' because it was not catching double diff. misfit functions.
Manually added logic function and config choosing within the Config class
