Addresses #87

Updates documentation to fix broken internal linking and updates some API docstrings
New Cookbook example for plotting source receiver maps, linked to RecSec documentation https://github.com/adjtomo/pysep/issues/82#issuecomment-1455506799

Piggybacking some bugfixes into this PR

Bugfix for #101 allowing RecSec save parameter to be NoneType
Bugfix for https://github.com/adjtomo/pysep/issues/71#issuecomment-1459790416 allow general error catching on PySEP plotting which are noncritical tasks
