use cocoapods and gradle to fetch the adjust framework #127

In order to build with Cocoapods for iOS and fetch the gradle framework instead of hosting a jar file for Android,

Hi @rpanadero We have made the same changes separately in the working branch. It will be included in our next release.

Replaced with https://github.com/adjust/cordova_sdk/pull/161 and added to SDK v4.30.0. Thank you one more time for the suggestion!
