Adding Adjust to Free Solar2D plugin directory #22

Adding submodule pointing to the solar2d free plugin directory entry. This makes it way easier to integrate Adjust into Solar2D projects.

I still need to test it all, but it should work quite easily, just run plugin/deployToDirectory.sh script to build and deploy iOS and Android plugin. It will do so to the dist_directory directory, which is a submodule of repo connected to the directory. I gave @uerceg write access there. After script is finished, one would have to go and review, commit and push the changes.
