Enhance responses from trackSession and trackEvent #1

Make trackSession and trackEvent return Promises resolving to JS objects representing the response from the API.
Return errors (rejections) with a structured object instead of text

Also reverts minification over adjust.js, instead puts the minified version on adjust.min.js
