rename assay valid value for metadataType #73

As a temporary fix until aliases/namespaces are available, we need to re-name the valid value "assay" for the file annotation template column attribute metadataType so that the column attribute assay is displayed appropriately in templates.

Data contributors will very rarely (maybe never?) be annotating their metadata files in DCA, so the AD DCC will just need to remember to use the valid value "assay" for metadataType when applying annotations to finalized metadata files prior to data release.
