Moving the repository to the gazebosim org #3

Hey @adlarkin: I'm updating the rocker extension in a fork but would probably be better to move the whole repository under one of the gazebo orgs (maybe gazebo-tooling) to preserve all the history and metadata. what do you think?

Since you would require permissions to create it under gazebo orgs, I can act as a proxy if you transfer it to my account and I move it to the gazebo org. Thanks!
