Wrong filename for original download on unconvertable file #1

When a file is uploaded that cannot be converted, the download button on the model page should just return the "original upload" instead of showing the download options window. This works, but the browser reports the filename that is downloaded as Serve.ashx

Issue was in the api service layer. Just a header, fixed.
