When JavaScript is disabled, clicking "Download" appears to only reload the page #22

When JavaScript is disabled, clicking "Download" appears to only reload the page. Moreover, when JavaScript is disabled, information about each model appears as editable boxes.

These problems don't occur if JavaScript is enabled.

It happens on the original site http://3dr.adlnet.gov/
