Where is description of replacing the whole document?

In Communication 2.2, the final bullet immediately before transitioning to 2.3 State Resource says:

If a Learning Record Provider needs to delete a property, it SHOULD use a PUT request to replace the whole document as described below.

It seems the description got moved and the reference here should be updated.

The put request is described in 2.3 state resource.
