Clears the way for intellisense and node support
Simplifies the utilisation of the code base by providing only one pathway (adding the xapiwrapper.min.js to your project)
Removes the option of using each src file independently
Negates the need for utilizing developers to understand the dependencies between files
Changes the readme to reflect

This one is still valid for master. I'll resolve the conflict on this today.
