Fix various formatting errors #78

Most of these profiles violate the spec data model in some way or another. This should fix all of them.

@andyjohnson @FlorianTolk @adl-trey @vbhayden Any word on when this pull request can be incorporated? We're doing some work with the profile server and it would be good to have these format errors resolved.

@vbhayden @rchadwic Just to let you know - I found a couple of issues in that commit; all small syntax things (brackets, commas).

I was making an internal viewer tool to better understand the profile structure and ran into them when parsing the JSON.
