Add MIDI baud to the Serial Monitor #356

Would like to see baudrate 31250 added to the list of supported baudrates for 
the Serial Monitor

It would make debugging MIDI applications a lot easier.

Sorry, the software or OS's we're using don't support opening the serial ports 
at non-standard rates like 31250.
