Arduino to breadboard tutorial omits reset connection. #425

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wire up a breadboard as in: http://arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/ArduinoToBreadboard
2. Burn bootloader to ATmega
3. Try to upload a sketch.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The ATmega on the breadboard doesn't reset, so the upload fails.  The diagrams 
should show a connection between reset of the Arduino and reset of the ATmega 
on the breadboard.
