The BSD License is found in the ADMB root directory, as LICENSE.txt, both when downloading the source code or the binary release.
I don't think we need to repeat the license anywhere else in the repository. It's quite clear that the root license applies to ADMB as a whole.
If we delete the header comments from all other files, the benefits will be a leaner ADMB installation, more readable example TPL files, etc. The beautiful simplicity of some of the TPL examples is a bit lost in an ocean of legalese commentary.
