Missing documentation on allowed selector types #38

The documentation for elementsSuffix lists all acceptable suffices, but elements(using, …) does not list acceptable using values.

It's part of the JsonWire spec.

You just need click on the corresponding link to the JsonWire doc (in the first column) to get the list.
