Improve file names and structure

File names and structure:
Removed "IDTA-01002"-Prefix in filenames, as already included in the parent dir name
Created "http-rest-api" and "specification" submodules and moved there the corresponding files
Others:
Renamed puml diagramms according to the corresponding images
Can be merged after #280
