Integrate PUMLs + small fixes

• Added new PUMLs
• Small fix of existing PUMLs
• Integrated PUMLs in docs instead of images
• Used raw JSON examples in docs instead of images
• Removed unused images
• Replaced a png image with svg
• Added IDTA theme for PUMLs
• Add use of PlantUML to changelog

@BirgitBoss yes, this is still valid. This PR introduces PlantUML to replace images of sequence diagramms in Part 2.

Probably the newer PR you mean is the PR for Part 1.

Could you try it once more? Probably you should wait a bit longer, so that images can be generated and shown.
