rename environment interfaces to repostiory interface as in previous versions #44

What?

rename interface to previous names: Asset Administration Shell Environment & Asset Administration Shell Environment Serialization API ==> Asset Administration Shell Repository & Asset Administration Shell Repository Serialization API

A repository is a database and these interfaces are designed to be used by architectural components like databases offering the interface. This has nothing to do with the class "environment" of the metamodel. Environment of the metamodel is just for structuring, it is not identifiable or referable.

Was discussed in Part 1 review, a note was added: "Note: Environment is not an identifiable or referable element. It is introduced to enable file transfer as well as serialization."

Instead, https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis/Plattform_i40/AssetAdministrationShellRepositoryServiceSpecification/V3.0 will contain the content. @BirgitBoss please quickly let me know if this solves your finding.
