Documentation: Metadata not specific to HTTP: move to chapter 9 #48

What?

In chapter 9 of the specification the operation parameters are explained on conceptual level. However, the table explaining metadata objects, 10.5, is part of chapter "HTTP/REST API". The chapter 9 starts with explaining these are parameter for API operation, not for Interface-Operations (on conceptual level). I assume it is conceptual level.

How?

Either move 10.5 to 9 or after as separate chapter. Or more parameter chapter to HTTP/REST Chapter.

Metadata was moved to Part 1, see https://rwth-iat.github.io/aas-specs-antora/IDTA-01001/snapshot/IDTA-01001_Mappings.html#_format_metadata_metadata_serialization (path will be changed) (see https://github.com/admin-shell-io/aas-specs-api/issues/214) ==> can be closed
