Add JSONs for three SubmodelTemplates #39

Background: I want to make the official SubmodelTemplates available according to the AAS V3.0 API. Therefore, JSON serialisations - even though the templates are still in Metamodel version 2 - is required. This PR only includes three SubmodelTemplates as a quick proof of concept.

Example (Digital Nameplate ID encoded in base64url): GET http://admin-shell.io/api/v3.0/submodels/aHR0cHM6Ly9hZG1pbi1zaGVsbC5pby96dmVpL25hbWVwbGF0ZS8yLzAvTmFtZXBsYXRl --> works GET Accept: application/asset-administration-shell-package+xml http://admin-shell.io/api/v3.0/submodels/aHR0cHM6Ly9hZG1pbi1zaGVsbC5pby96dmVpL25hbWVwbGF0ZS8yLzAvTmFtZXBsYXRl --> works GET Accept: application/json http://admin-shell.io/api/v3.0/submodels/aHR0cHM6Ly9hZG1pbi1zaGVsbC5pby96dmVpL25hbWVwbGF0ZS8yLzAvTmFtZXBsYXRl --> will work after this PR is merged
