For individuals and/or non-commercial or experimental use, they can continue to use Chef’s > products without paying for a subscription.

Using Inspec 3.9 for now which is Apache2.0. No alternative for simple switching available. Serverspec looks ok but metadata is missing.. maybe as ruby extention..
