Should show the nav bar depending on log in status. Will need to update

[ ] Non-Logged In nav.html
[ ] Student Nav Bar: student_nav.html
[ ] Teacher Nav Bar: teacher_nav.html
[ ] use django if statements to define the dynamic nav bar in base.html
