Failed to open plugin_feed_info #2

Hi,

Just was looking to spin up a docker image on a fresh install of Ubuntu 18x Ran "docker-compose up" and then ran into the below:

openvassd_1 | lib nvticache:WARNING:2019-07-08 15h47.19 utc:1: nvt_feed_version: Failed to open file “/var/lib/openvas/plugins/plugin_feed_info.inc”: No such file or directory

Any idea?

Uncommented items in the .yml file. Issue not longer exists
